Terms of Support

Clear help, clear responsibility. Every participant signs onto these terms when receiving TEKVA support.

01

Support is fast but conditional

It requires honesty, accountability, and progress.

02

Direct-to-vendor payments

Payments go directly to landlords, schools, grants to suppliers.

03

Time-bound support

Reviewed regularly and has clear endpoints.

04

Pay it forward

Expected through tzedakah, volunteering, or mentoring.

The Five Core Commitments

By accepting TEKVA support, you commit to five foundational principles

Radical Transparency

You will communicate openly about all changes to your circumstances, income, struggles, or progress.

Torah & Mitzvos

You will take on at least one new mitzvah or spiritual practice to create a keli for blessing and divine light.

Body & Mind

You will take care of your physical and mental health: exercise, sleep, eat well, seek therapy or treatment when needed, and address destructive patterns.

Full Engagement

You will show up consistently, work toward your goals, and give 100% effort.

Tzedakah Always

You will give 10% of all income to tzedakah from the first dollar earned.

Types of Support

What we offer and how it works

Interest-Free Loans

Repayment plans agreed upfront, with hardship pauses if needed.

Business / Project Grants

Must be used for the approved purpose; receipts required.

Tuition Subsidies

Paid direct to schools, reviewed term-by-term, co-payment required.

Training / Placements

May include courses, internships, volunteering, or gig work; engagement is required.

Reviews & Breach

Accountability and consequences

Support is reviewed monthly or quarterly depending on type.

TEKVA may pause or end support if:

  • Funds are misused
  • Information is falsified
  • Reckless new debt is incurred
  • Participant disengages from agreed steps

For loans, breach may trigger immediate repayment.
